Man how this last year has flown by. It is amazing how you really pay attention to time when your children get a year older and you get to see all the advancements they make. They really do accomplish so much every year. No wonder why they need so much sleep.So Truman has made it to the Toddler stage.... running.... he is now 1! We had a blast on his birthday, everyone that could make it did for his all day event. We went to Frightmares at Lagoon. We had promised to take the kids all summer long and the one time we attempted it, so did everyone else and we did not want to fight the crowd. So it ended up being part of Truman's birthday and it was pretty fun. It was a beautiful day, perfect weather. It was torture for the kids and by the end of the day they all looked pretty rough... We were actually late to his party back at home, when we arrived more family was at the house waiting for the big boy to show up, so when we got there rather then get into the costumes we just had the cake and ice cream and celebrated.

I think we should make it a yearly tradition to visit Lagoon on his birthday since it was such a blast.
Yeah, wait until we are back home to party it up!
