Of course the wedding was the best event of the trip, it was the perfect romantic atmosphere. Colette did all the decorations and planning on her own. You can tell that she put alot of sweat, tears and emotions into her wedding and it all paid off she is an amazing person, Jake is one lucky guy, and we are very excited to have her in our family, she fits right in.

This is the wedding rehearsal dinner, it took place at Colette's grandma Rene's house. Rene also lives in Utah. Colette's family is so friendly and welcomed us all. Not only their family but the entire 2nd family out in Florida that has adopted Jake and taken him in are wonderful people. Not too surprising when Jake is a great person himself. It was really good to get out to Pensacola and finally put faces to the names of the people who have inherited my little brother. If it was up to me however, he and Colette would be in Utah, very quickly.

On Mothers day we went to McGuires for brunch. It is a great little Irish pub. Not only are they known for their great food but they have dollar bills stapled to the ceiling, about $720,000.00 worth and still counting. So we added a $1.00 in the name of the Holbrook wedding.
OHHHHH THE BEACH, I can not say how much I loved the beach and I wish we spent more time there but since we had some fungus among us we spent alot of time at the hotel pool. As long as the kids were together they were happy.

I loved our time in Florida I wish it was longer. . .I can never get enough of family times! I still need to put pix on my blog for all the fun. ( = We miss you guys already!
