I have just finished reading The HOST and I hate that it is over. It took a while to get hooked but once it happened the book was not long enough. So now I am hoping that someone out there will be able to recommend another GREAT book to read. I need to fill the next few weeks till Breaking Dawn comes out. Any ideas??? recommendations all you book clubbers and readers... help???

read the dictionary....a little boring at times, but the vocabulary will be well worth it. Plus it may take longer than two wweks to read. hahahaha
Have you read A Thousand Splendid Suns? It is a book by the same author as The Kite Runner. I liked The Host, but I didn't love it as much as the Twilight series. Oh, a good tip; go to Amazon.com for a great deal on Breaking Dawn, and they send it to your house. So worth it!
other then the twilight series the only books i have read are THE GIVER and BRIDGE TO TERRABITHIA. Sad I know...but if i remember right they were good. (not that the brain requires much in elementary school...)
I just started reading The Glass Castle...so far so good. Both Heather and my sister-in-law said it was a must read.
